State Based Brownfields

At the time KEY came into existence the “new” state based rules for “brownfield” property transfers were in their infancy. KEY worked with property transfer projects in multiple states and developed a work practice that allowed buyers and sellers to confidently proceed with the sales.

By using the “risk based” and “no further action” approaches available under the rules, KEY utilizes our expertise in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, and state regulations to support our clients’ property goals.
