Site Development

Long before the first shovel of dirt is moved, KEY supports the project developer's team. Approvals from regulatory boards and community groups require responsiveness and diligence to address the particular requirements for each site. As a partner with our developers, KEY assists with all phases of a site development, including site assessments, E&S plans, layout, and construction certification. With the use of CADD and 3D design we can bring a project "to life" to address the potential site uses and alternatives. This also allows for quick adjustments if site conditions change while under construction.
