Whether a site is regulated under CERCLA, RCRA, or one of the state "Brownfield" programs, the goal is to reduce the environmental impacts of a site and where practical, return the site to a usable asset. KEY has the expertise to assist from the investigation stage through potential site re-uses. Our experience in working with the regulating groups to meet, and many times exceed, the site remedial goals has helped KEY to develop long term client relationships and ensure potential future use for many abandoned and neglected sites.
