Emerging Contaminants

EPA, along with many state environmental agencies, has recognized the impacts of newly identified compounds effecting our water, land and air. As the effects of these chemical compounds require additional studies, our clients are seeking support to identify their risk and associated potential liability. KEY is evaluating the impact of the “family” of perfluoro compounds such as PFAs and PFOs, along with other identified emerging contaminants, endocrine disruptors, pharmaceutical and personal care products, nanomaterials, tungsten, polybrominated biphenyls, perchlorates, and others.
